Jennifer is a native Houstonian with a passion for helping people. She received her bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M in Psychology and Marketing She is approaching her 14th year with Broadridge, a global “FinTech” leader and the largest Proxy Service provider specializing in advanced shareholder communications, technology, data and analytics solutions for the financial services industry and businesses.
Jennifer plays an integral role in providing public companies counsel on strategic approaches to streamline their proxy process and effectively reaching both registered and beneficial shareowners. Leveraging years of experience and knowledge surrounding proxy has earned Jennifer the role of a trusted advisor to some of the largest Fortune 500 companies throughout our region and earning her the nickname of the “Proxy Sage of the South”. She attributes her success to her ability to make the role of managing the proxy process as simple and efficient as possible by listening to your individual needs and helping you map the best solution. Her expertise includes: Notice & Access, virtual shareholder meetings, print and EDGAR, as well as registrar and transfer agent services.
