Most AI experts focus on the how; Russell Warden focuses on the why. With a career spent at the intersection of institutional finance and deep-stack coding, Russell brings a rare “bilingual” perspective to the enterprise AI landscape.
As the CEO of SameDay Auto and founder of Sesio Inc, Russell specializes in building AI workflows that prioritize P&L over hype. He cuts through the technical noise to deliver enterprise-grade systems designed specifically to drive revenue and operational efficiency.
Russell’s approach is defined by restraint: he only deploys AI when it is the best tool for the job. By focusing on business outcomes rather than the technology itself, he ensures that we start with the solution and then determine the proper technology.
