Kip Rupp serves as Vice President, Investor Relations for Quanta Services, Inc. (NYSE:
PWR). In this role he is responsible for designing and implementing Quanta’s global
investor relations strategy and program and serving as a primary representative of the
firm with the investment community. In this capacity, Quanta’s investor relations program and Kip have been recognized with distinction for a number of years by several industry publications. Most recently, Institutional Investor Magazine’s 2018 “All America Executive Team” survey recognized Kip as the Best Investor Relations Officer and Quanta was recognized for #2 Best Investor Relations programs in the Engineering & Construction sector. In 2017,
Quanta was named to IR Magazine’s Global Top 50 Investor Relations Program and Kip was nominated for Best Investor Relations Officer – Small & Midcap and Quanta Services was nominated for Best Overall Investor Relations – Midcap and Best in Sector – Industrials.
Prior to joining Quanta in 2011, Kip served as co-founder and managing partner with Dennard Rupp Gray and Easterly, LLC (now Dennard Lascar Associates), the largest investor relations consulting firm in the southwest, from 2002 to 2011. Prior to co-founding Dennard Rupp Gray & Easterly, Kip was a senior sell-side equity research analyst with Wachovia Securities and Sterne Agee and Leach. Prior to that he held various positions at investment management and insurance portfolio management firms including portfolio manager and analyst.
Kip earned his Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 1997 and his Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a concentration in investments from Stetson University in 1993.
