Diamond Sponsors receive exclusive title sponsorship of one of the conference’s marquee networking events or featured sessions, offering high-visibility brand placement and direct engagement with senior investor relations professionals and industry leaders attending the conference. This premier sponsorship provides the opportunity to collaborate with the SWRC programming committee to develop a panel discussion aligned with key industry themes. The sponsor may propose the session topic and recommend panel participants, subject to final approval by the conference committee to ensure alignment with the conference agenda and educational objectives.

- Prominent logo placement at break-out session
- Opportunity to provide a brief one-minute company overview and facilitate/moderate discussion topic
- Each panel will have its own breakout room
- One breakout session to choose from on Friday, Aug. 14th (10:45 AM CT or 1:15 PM CT)

Panel Moderator/Thought Leader Opportunity

Gold Service Partners receive a thought leadership opportunity to serve as the moderator for one conference panel. Gold Service Partners may select their preferred panel on a first-come, first-served basis. The moderator will provide a brief one-minute overview of their organization, introduce the panelists, collaborate with speakers in advance to shape the discussion and moderate the audience Q&A portion of the session.
You Will Receive:
- Introduce speaker(s) and participate as moderator on a conference panel
- Exclusive signage on the conference ballroom large screen during the panel session
- Opportunity to provide a brief one-minute company overview
